Dr. Sanaz Minaie

· Dr. Sanaz Minaie, experiencing more than 37 years in the field of culinary, developing first educational standard for "Technical and Vocational Training Organization" and opening the first and most equipped culinary institute (Sanaz Sania Institute), has always been leading in presenting educational cooking, confectionary and hotel managing. "Sanaz Sania" is regarded as the biggest culinary educational center in Iran that could have developed its activities in order to improving food culture and making the industries and businesses related to food more professional so that it could meet the needs of its target population. Dr. Sanaz Minaie, who is select of country's elite festival, has published her first book in the title of "Vegetable and Fruit Decoration" in 1984. After that, she has published 27 cooking books and aim to promote job creation and healthy lifestyle in society, relying on technology, innovation, qualified human capitals, training and consulting.

· "Sanaz Sania Institute" managed by Dr. Sanaz Minaie has the mission to purify and innovate, creating joy in life, art of cooking and privileged hospitality customs create joy in life.

· Sanaz Minaie, as cooking reference of Iran, by relying on knowledge and skill, aim to put "Sanaz Sania" as a leading institute in Middle East. Below are the activities that are for getting the aim:

· Institutionalizing correct cooking principles in Iranian, European and hospitality customs (1978)

· Establishment of the first cooking and confectionary institute in Iran (1984)

· Getting the permission for publishing book and monthly magazine, publishing 27 cooking books in different fields (1984 – 2000)

· Developing standards for "Technical and Vocational Training Organization" (1990 -1991)

· Getting the first permission of cooking and confectionary institute (1991) and family management from "Technical and Vocational Training Organization" (1992)

· Getting the permission for establishment of non-profit schools in the field of knowledge and preparing all food and pastry (1995)

· Promoting training quality level of cooking art all over the world

· Promoting quality and quantity level of services in institute and publication

· Getting the permission of the establishment of cultural – educational complex for expanding the activities

· Performing of the first cooking program in Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting by the title of "Sobhgahi Program" which was welcomed by all the audience; and then was resulted in repetition of that in afternoon in "Tasvir e Zendegi" program and producing 7 DVDs about the history and civilization of Iran in terms of food.

· Performing and broadcasting cooking programs in "Aftab Channel" and for in international programs

· Production, performance and propagation of educational DVDs confirmed by Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance; all the income earned was allocated to "Mahak, Society to support children suffering from cancer" (2009)

· Getting permission of publishing from Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, 1998

· Sanaz Minaie along with his two daughters, Sanaz and Sania, cooperated each other and produced a rich and full circulated magazine in the field of cooking in 2007. Also they has been publishing encyclopedias that up to now, two of them are ready to use. First one is about techniques of cooking and the second is Iranian Traditional Cooking.
